Step 3: Choose your level
Choose your difficulty level.
Every client can be met at three levels, Easy, Difficult and Complex, so practice grows with you: from mild distress and a cooperative client, through ambivalence and defensiveness, to greater emotional intensity and relational complexity.
Step 4: Briefing
Meet your client.
Every session starts with a briefing: who your client is, what brings them in, and prompts on what to focus on.
Step 5: The conversation
The conversation.
Speak or type with your simulated client, face to face with an immersive avatar.
There's no script: your client responds to what you actually say.

Step 6: Reflect
Look back.
Before any feedback, pause and look back: what you noticed, what worked, and what you'd try next time.
Step 7: ELARA supervision
